It is not that they lack an appreciation that they will be de-industrialised…
It is not that they dont understand that geopolitics is driving China’s strategy…
It is not that they dont understand that these resources are finite…
It is not that they lack a grasp of national security implications…
IT IS simply – THEY HOPE IT SHALL PASS
