Buying Gold Assets – what do you pay at this stage?

I mean, the likes of Thor, I would happily pay a premium and buy it at 2-3x PER!

But others, what do you input as LT gold price?

It has value destruction written all over it there!

In a gold story, you are coming in at 1. NAV 2. Prices have moved up 3x – you want either of those conditions to be in your favour AND in Copper right now, defining new projects before prices move up is the thesis – you are going to see people paying billions even for a Tier 4 asset in 5yrs time – just you watch!

Gold macro factors was 5years ago…

Copper was 10yrs ago (Industrialisation) but next best moment is NOW (plus Electrification) – eg asset taken over for $3m 2yrs back and additional spend of about $20m now market cap of $200m and NAV of 3x – and it is partial MRE!
