Boy Child Advocacy Zambia In Yet Another Partnership As It Donates Football Kits

The Boy Child Advocacy Zambia has officially handed over two sets of football jerseys to the Blue Foxes Football Club, a Kwame Nkurumah University League Team of Kabwe, Central Province.

The donation, made possible through the generous sponsorship of Pangaea Securities as part of its Partnership initiative with the Boy Child Advocacy Zambia, underscores the organization’s commitment to uplifting the boy child through strategic partnerships and community engagement.

Speaking during the handover ceremony held at Milestone Hotel in Lusaka, Boy Child Advocacy Zambia’s Media and Publicity Director, Mr. Kanchele Kanchele, expressed gratitude to Pangea Securities for its continued support.

He emphasized that the gesture was part of a broader effort to promote the welfare and visibility of the boy child in society.

“This donation is not just about football jerseys—it’s about dignity, motivation, and recognition. We are indebted to Pangea Securities for believing in our cause and walking this journey with us,” said Mr. Kanchele.

The Blue Foxes Team Manager Harrison Banda welcomed the donation with heartfelt appreciation, describing it as timely and morale-boosting.

“This gesture is not in vain. It will inspire the boys to push harder as we aim to win the Kwame Nkurumah University League. We are proud to be considered as ambassadors of Boy Child Advocacy Zambia,” he said.

In a related development, Boy Child Advocacy Zambia has been expanding its footprint in institutions of higher learning. The organization has successfully launched chapters at the University of Zambia, Evelyn Hone College, and Information Communication University.In addition,plans are underway to establish a new chapter at Kwame Nkurumah University, further strengthening its presence among young people in tertiary education.

The Boy Child Advocacy Zambia, also has a three year running Memorandum of Understanding with BiData an Information Technology (IT) training institution, which is training vulnerable but viable boys identified by the organization in IT.

The initiative reflects the organization’s holistic approach to advocacy—blending sports, education, and mentorship to nurture responsible, empowered young men across Zambia.
