What’s Your Spend On App Subscriptions

Have you ever thought about how much the average business person now spends on app subscriptions?—over $100 per month!

This morning, while waiting to start tracking the truck with an abnormal load passing through Lusaka🤭, I took a look at some of the most-used subscriptions, and wow!!

1. ChatGPT Pro (Plus): $20 per month
2. Google Workspace (Business Standard): $12 per user per month
3. Microsoft 365 (Standard): $12.50 per user per month
4. Google One (200GB Storage): $2.99 per month
5. LinkedIn Premium: $39.99 per month
6. Adobe Acrobat Pro with AI tools: $24.99 per month

Total: $113 per month—and unfortunately, all of these (and many more) are necessary for any professional.

Consultants, especially, should factor such costs into their fee structures. Employers, too, should consider adding these subscriptions to employee benefits, as they directly contribute to productivity.

And since it’s [December], let’s not forget to add Netflix, Deezer, Spotify, DStv, and data bundles 😄
